Delete your Repair Sync account

This deletes your staff account and personal data from Repair Sync, published by VI WebSync Technologies.

In the app (fastest)

Open Repair Sync and sign in.
Go to More → My profile.
Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is removed.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us your registered username and shop name from the address you'd like us to confirm with, and we'll process the deletion within 7 business days.

This opens your email client addressed to support@viwebsync.com. If it doesn't open, email us directly at that address, or message us on WhatsApp.

What gets deleted

Your name, username, and mobile number are permanently removed.
Your sign-in credentials are permanently disabled — you cannot log back in.

What's retained

Repair tickets, bills, and other records you created while working stay with the shop as anonymized business/financial history — they're not tied to your name after deletion. This is necessary for the shop's own record-keeping (e.g. tax and billing history) and cannot be deleted individually on request.
